You may provide your artwork via Email Attachment, CD, DVD & most USB storage devices.  When supplying files by email please ensure that your attachments are not larger than 10Mb.  If they are larger you are welcome to contact us so we may assist you in adjusting the file size.

When providing vector formats like AI, EPS, DXF it is useful to have a bitmap version to reference so we can compare for accuracy.  It is also necessary to convert all text to curves or provide fonts.
All artwork (if not vector) must be a minimum of 300dpi resolution at 200% of size with clean crisp edges.  Please note that we work in pc format.Colour – If colour matching is important please provide Pantone (PMS) colour number references and we will endeavour to match as closely as possible.  In some instances slight colour variations may occur depending on the process and substrate.

Proofing – When required we will provide a pre production artwork proof for you to confirm.

Design – Our experienced graphic artists can assist in modifying your artwork.  We are also able to provide a complete design service from concept through to creation.

Your online enquiry cart may not include all set up costs.  To view artwork related set up charges please refer to our Fees, Charges & Pricing section.

Engraving disclaimer:  when providing "standard trophy label" engraving (for which pre-production proofs are not issued) we will not accept responsibility for spelling errors in the information provided.  Although obvious errors may be detected, our system takes the engraving you provide in the engraving template directly into our engraving software and cannot account for every variable.  Please be sure to check spelling of names etc thoroughly before providing your engraving details.
