Wave - a challenging shape to cast in acrylic. This piece is first cast, layered with acrylic base section then baked and polished. The gold plated wishbone was developed through the creation of a master pattern. The master is then cast in alloy an then output into a more solid metal and finally plated with 22ct gold and mounted to the acrylic form. Wording is applied by means of traditional engraved gravoply label.
